ABOUT Converge
Converge is the place where Christian creatives & dreamers connect. It is a time to refresh, be equipped, and network with like minded individuals. With a full list of capable presenters, attendees will receive world class information to propel their endeavors into success.
The brain child of Trent & Natalie Williams, Converge has been a process of Planning and praying. It is a weekend where attendees can find a tribe of like-minded people and walk out their God-given purpose.
World-class Presenters
The Converge Retreat features powerful industry and ministry leaders. They are diverse, skilled, accomplished, innovators. There will also be life changing worship sessions and performers on the Converge Stage. Converge is not an experience where you pay to hear big name speakers that do their presentation and leave out the back door. Our presenters are immersing themselves into the culture of Converge. They will be hanging around during breaks to answer questions and sign product. They're big enough to tell you how to build something substantial, but personable enough to stop you in the halls for a chat.
Networking has a New Look
We are very intentional about creating space for you to meet new people to garner collaboration. We pray this is the place where you find or add to your tribe. There will be time in between each session to dialogue with other attendees about the information you just received.

Presenters
TRENT WILLIAMS
Trent Williams is an acclaimed worship pastor, songwriter, speaker and creative. He has garnered over 12 album credits throughout his musical career. Deemed the culture consultant, he consults individuals & organizations on developing culture & systems to serve and operate in excellence. His partnerships with churches have led to massive attendance and outreach growth. From small church plants to multi-campus sites, Trent has been instrumental in helping build ministries that thrive. Together he and his wife founded, Converge, a ministry that hosts spiritual retreats, Christian event planning, and leadership/creative development. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Ministerial leadership.
He resides in Tampa, FL with his wife, Natalie and their three sons.
NATALIE WILLIAMS
Natalie Williams is an author, speaker, Registered nurse, entrepreneur, and commercial model. As a former pageant queen, she has worked tirelessly to empower women and girls to see God's workmanship in every part of their lives.
She is the founder of the "Scripted Beauty" Women's Retreat, named after her first book. She co-leads Converge, a ministry that encompasses spiritual retreats, speaking, and leadership/creative development, alongside her husband. Natalie manages and oversees their family work in commercial/ print modeling & content creation. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Ministerial leadership. Her hobbies include travel, sewing, & baking. She resides in Tampa, FL with her husband, Trent, and their three sons.
ABRIEL HARDAWAY
Abriel Hardaway is a Christian recording artist, praise and worship leader based in Knoxville, TN, devotional writer, and passionate encourager of women walking boldly into God’s calling. With a musical background rooted in worship, her music reflects real-life testimony and the faithfulness of God, including her release That’s Just Like Jesus. She is the creator of the Becoming Her devotional, designed to guide women through seasons of transition, waiting, and purpose. By day, Abriel is an educator committed to shaping young minds; by night, she fulfills her Godgiven assignment using music, words, and faith to help women become who God has always called them to be.
